I know I mentioned Monsanto several times before. But did I ever show you the castle? No – shame on me!
Believed to have been built in the 12th century this castle was severely damaged in the 1755 earthquake. Still, it has stood the test of time and even today you can visit it and admire the view from the top. Here I wanted to show you some of the angles and layers that caught my eye.
