Sunsets always remind me of Summer vacations… Which is what I’m about to have!
This blog and its author (me!) will be going on a much needed time off which will involve dozing off on the beach, preparing meals minimalist style (*without* SPAM), eating waffles and the never ending search for UFOs on the night sky.
